Check out the shoulderboards for greatcoats on the link below. Don't know anything about whether they were fitted with screw posts (mentioned in the earlier reply) or blades. Haven't seen any photos of one piece badges being worn above cuff rank though. Usually 2 piece such as on the Australian uniforms.
