Well, that's what I took out from the discussion thus far, circa 1948 or later but I was curious to see it was, what appears to be, a bronze badge apparently with loops for attachment. I would have thought it should be nickel or white metal at this point?
Trying to learn here.
So, bronze with loops circa 1950's would be... Officer or Other Ranks?
