Great card Dean.... Don't forget that KDG changed their badge in 1915 to the Star and Garter example. You would need to put both KDG badges on your card for it to be truly representative... Good...

I doubt very much if KDG ever entertained the idea of having the soldiers wear the AA badges that were produced. They kicked up enough fuss when told to wear the 1938 pattern eagle in GM....

I'm pretty certain the Bays AA collars were on the scene just before amalgamation in 1959, as was the QC AA Cap badge. My guess is they were issued in training because by then AA was the official...

However... lugged ones were used as arm badges... Usually they have locally fixed lugs and vestiges of the slider are still on the badge. I have a lovely collection of self made Star and Garter arm...
