OK, having looked at this all day, I think what I have is a Boyles Battery OR collar in the crossed MG form and a Yukon Infantry Company collar in the pan form.

It is my understanding that the "Boyles" appelation is a nickname only and that the official title of the unit was the Yukon Motor Machine Gun Battery. So I think we're only talking about one unit...

Yes, the gold is real. And I was corrected on the pans. They are collar insignia from the Yukon Infantry Company.
