British North Borneo buttons

Good evening

New in this week: the North Borneo Police is 13mm and I’d say a cap button (so probably fairly rare); the North Borneo Prisons is 17.5mm. Both are marked Firmin London.

The black horn on white shield is a good match for the coat of arms of Basel-Stadt (city), so could it be Swiss?
