I agree with you that it's strange they have no crown but neither does Guernsey Prison Service.

I don't think Jersey does anymore, apart from the cap badge of course.

The Crown appears on their cap badges, tunic buttons, patches, letter heads, forms and tie pins. Can't really think of anything else they can put it on.
