I present to you these two crowns to know whether it is collar (Devonshire Yeomanry-North Devonshire Hussars-Army Pay Corps) or for the rank of Warrant officers 2nd Class.

left : 28,26 mm / 27,40 mm
right :26,74 mm / 24,08 mm

Do you mean size in mm and not cm?

If so they are in all probability Rank crowns worn above chevrons by SNCO's.
Small size crowns also worn by some WO's but more often or not the larger size.

Also worn in conjunction with prize badges.
