Are ebay blind

Came across this and thought it looked familiar. 3rd edition of John Gaylors Military Badge Collecting. Straight forward page by page photocopy except the cover which has a new title and no reference to John Gaylor at all. Surely this cannot be right!!! Proper copies can be found for just over £4, this lesser quality one is going for £12.99 though postage is free!

No, they just want the commission that almost 100 sales bring.

A definite breach of copyright. The publisher or Gaylor's estate should take eBay to court.

Pen & Sword are the publishers.

Reported both the auction and BiN items, again. I doubt it will get anywhere.

I would be surprised if they care.

There are none so blind as those that will not see. I think it is an old proverb, but applies perfectly in this scenario.

Stephen.

I have connections at Pen & Sword and have made them aware.

They should sign up for VERO. Ebay does respond to Vero complaints.
