can anyone confirm the period of this sleeve eagle please ...first i have seen in gold on russian blue...

This has been around the houses several times in the Military Heraldry Society journal to no avail.

Would be interested in an answer if there is one.

Thanks John, i did think WRAF or nurse when i saw the russian blue , for some reason...but seems i am not the only one who doesnt know.
Are these scarce to be honest is is the first type like this i have ever seen in this color combination .
