An unusual RTR Screen print Sleave badge has any one the date it was introduced.

From early 1942 the Ministry of Supply began replacing most types of worsted badges with printed versions; sealed patterns dated February 1942 are recorded, the earliest printed reference so far found appearing in the June 1942 ACI introducing the ‘Badge, Army Fire Service’ which is stated to be printed.

The issued version of your tank would have been rectangular like that shown.
