Crossed torpedo badge for ID

Hi All
Can somebody ID this for me please? All my reference books show that the crowned badge should have at least one star, so this is odd to me or have I missed something?

Hmmm ... Sort of a cross between a 'Torpedo's Gunners Mate' and 'Torpedo Coxswain' ??
