would welcome opinions on this one. Also, does anyone have photo of it been worn ? Also welcome any info on the badge ie time period of use...

The badge looks genuine.
Loops correct
M shape correct
Type of fitting on the M correct (various styles of fitting)

Worn pre- 1908
