I cannot recall the source of this image - probably some RN/RM Charitable organisation's journal. Has any Forum member got a better quality version of this same picture that they would be willing to share - it's good on BD badging - as well as the atmosphere. Thanks. Mike

Here is a slightly better version of your image. I knew I had it in several books but it took forever to track it down!

I have also included another image of WWII Royal Navy Commandos which I thought might be of interest. It is taken from 'Beachhead Assault: The Story of the Royal Navy Commandos in World War II' by David Lee.
