Foreign made SAS wings
Here is a group of wings that were part of a large Thai collection I had purchased a number of years ago. Many of these wings appeared in Bragg and Turners 2nd book on Para Wings. The individual who had put together the collection traveled in SE Asia as part of his business in the late 70's and early 80's. He went to all the military bases that would allow him on as well as tailor shops. These I presume are for wear by Thai soldiers who had qualified for the SAS wings. These were all marked as New Zealand SAS. Please correct me if not the case? an interesting and flashy assortment of wing styles. Some have pin backs.
