I wouldn't buy anything from this seller, he has been selling reproductions for quite some time.

Not so much worried about him (he is a member here), as what happens down the line. The CCS patches are rare and very pricey. Someone is going to try and pass these off as original. There are a couple of things on them to compare. I would download the images from the auction and store them as a reference.

Good advice on keeping the pictures Bill. 10-20 years down the road when these are forgotten about people might be selling and buying them as real. One of the draw backs of this hobby.
