Dear Forum,
If I don't get myself wrong , this half wing appears to be an un issued British pattern , Canadian modified, war time brevet . Am I correct ?

It is as you say (although a Navigator not Observer wing), although I'm not sure of the term 'British pattern, Canadian modified', which seems to be one Warren Carroll originated. I would term it Canadian made based on British pattern.
