Help needed to identify sleeve badge

Hi,

Hopefully now posted to the correct section :)

Four WW1 UK army soldiers are standing beside a motor truck. A sergeant (?) has a badge above the chevrons (see attachment for magnified view).

Anyone care to speculate what it might be?

The truck has an ID on the side of 11904 preceded by the broad arrow mark.
Is there a central inventory of numbers assigned to WW1 military trucks?

TIA,
JS

What regiment/corps are they in.
That may give a pointer.

Hi,

My apologies, I'd assumed that they would be unique.

I've attached the whole photo and a magnification of the cap + badge (sergeant).

IF one of these gents is related then my current knowledge is that two of the brothers were in the ASC MT Coy, one in the RFA, one in the 3rd London Regiment and another in the Queen's Labour Coy. Problem is that I do not any validated likenesses, hence attempting to eliminate via identifying regiment.

Hope this helps.
