Who was this document published by - and when? There are six pages of colour patches. Details of patches "Cancelled" are of interest. Mike

I think that was an insert from the Charles Bean World War One (12 Volume) Australian War History series produced by the Australian War Memorial in the late 1930's - 1940's. Not sure which volume out of the 12 it was in?
