G D? Old Comrades Association blazer badge

Absolutely stumped with this one. It is a blazer badge for an Old Comrades Association which appears to have a combination of the initials G & D sandwiched between two stilettos with a lamb beneath. Any thoughts as to who wore this blazer badge would be appreciated.
