Unknown boat cloth sign - Indian?

Can anyone identify the attached colourful boat badge?

It bears some resemblance to the WW2 sign of the Indian Army's Sind District but that is only red and white and the sail configuration is different.

Thoughts please.

An HQ Aden variation? Private purchase on maroon background by a Para Regt man?(But was the white dhow on black worn on uniform, I don't think it was?)
