Gentlemen
I would like to share this unusual badge, it is 4.5 cm diameter and is enamelled over zinc. The seems to be a number scratched in the back 19.
Any information would be appreciated

As a resident of Ashton under Lyne and a collector of all things Ashton its nice to see this badge.

I dont know for what it was used, I suspect a lapel badge but the two loops shout cap?
