Parachute Regiment
How common are the Anodised Aluminium LB&B Made in England badges? Just wondering as I've found one in a box of badges I've just found.
Orible Para's :p Andy |
I have one, though I could not say about rarity with any certainty but I doubt they ate uncommon.

Thanks Jerry.

I think that if you decided you wanted to buy one, you would not have to wait all that long, okay, perhaps not today, or, indeed, this coming week, but, you would soon be able to buy one after a good search

Andy,
I doubt any of the AA Parachute regiment badges are very rare or expensive, but as Frank stated, trying to find a particular maker might not be easy in a hurry. I think the blackened Dowler is quite uncommon as is the Smith & Wright and the Grove MFG on a metal slider perhaps being the rarest? I'd like to get the last one if possible but having never seen one that might be hard. |
Nice little collection there Jerry, thanks for sharing.

The Timings made examples seem few and far between and certainly only seldom turn up.

Although I have spares of several other Grove metal slider AA cap-badges, very sorry to say I don't have a buckshee Para Regt badge. All the best William |

I assume a hard to find badge. I am in no hurry, these things turn up sooner or later. |
