This badge appeared recently on one of the Cadet FB Forums labeled as a Octavia Hill Detachment badge. Any further clarification on this?

Social reformer, Octavia Hill, formed London's first independent Cadet Battalion - the Southwark Cadet Company - in 1889.
But Southwark detachments are part of the south east London Sector - and this isn’t their badge.
Probably an honorific named detachment badge - but I can’t ID the county.

You may find that its an area that no longer exists. Or its been merged with another.
There is one of the sectors that cover the London area that has a green red and blue badge. I dont have it though. Middlesex and north west sector uses similar colours .
