Lovat's Scouts sweetheart badge?

Hi All,
Does anyone recognise this badge as a sweetheart badge, possibly for the Lovat's Scouts?
It measures 45mm in diameter and the deer has similar characteristics to the deer of the Lovat's Scouts badge.
