Grenadier Guards TRF?

Can anyone shed light on this? Is it an issue item and if so are there variations with the appropriate cap badge for the other Foot Guards?

The range of the five Foot Guards regiments & the Household Cavalry versions are for sale on eBay as "morale patches" at about £5 each.

I think the issue one is the std blue red blue . As Leigh states moral patch rather than TRF.

The Seven Guards Regiments wear a blue red blue ribbon behind their Cap stars or badges on berets. Until about 2011 this same blue red blue ribbon was worn on the sleeve too. It was replaced with a blank version of the badge you have shown here, which as Leigh and Mike have correctly pointed out, is an unofficial ‘morale patch’.
I’ll upload an image of my beret, the blank blue red blue badge and, if I can find one on an old smock an axample of the blue red blue ribbon worn as a TRF.
Cheers,
Sean

These badges exist for nearly every Regiment and Corps that we still have. They have been worn on body armour, helmet covers, Bergan's, and Day Sacks.
