I'm not sure whether this rank badge is police, FB, commonwealth or whatever so I am turning again to the Forum for assistance.

It is a normal pattern Bath star with 2 rear loops. Chrome but with red and green enamelling on circle and wreath respectively.

Appreciate a positive identification.
