Could someone please confirm that this RCAMC shoulder title dates from the Second World War?

Hello Simon. Printed titles were only worn by the Canadian army during the Second WW. (And for a few years after the war, by some Cdn units.) The titles were an economy issue for the Cdn army units in the European theatre.
