I left my book at home... distinguishing patches.

So quick question :

2nd Division officer...

WWI 24th battalion

or

WW2 Régiment de Maisonneuve

Hi Patrick, The patch dates to the FWW. The blue used on the FWW patches was a dark navy blue colour, while the SWW patches were medium blue.

When I saw the burlap backing... well... I had a hint.

But I had to be sure.
