Firstly many thanks for granting me access to your forum.

My reason for joining is simple in that I would like to track down which Indian cavalry regiment my father was in during WW2.

Anyway let me go and track down the right place in the forum to post an image of his collar badges and maybe someone will kindly be able to help.

simon, put a photo of the collar badge in the IT'S A MYSTERY- UNKNOWN section that way everyone can see it. regards john
