Welcome to the British & Commonwealth Military Badge Forum

     Welcome to the new British Military Badge Forum. The forum is fully functional now and can be accessed here or from the table below.
Although titled "The British Military Badge Forum" it will cover all British Empire or "Colonial" military insignia, including Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and India.
     The idea of the forum is to share acquired knowledge for the benefit of all. As we know the market for military badges is flooded with copies, and if the forum helps with the identification of these then it will have been successful in one of its main functions.
     In time we will generate a series of resource pages linked from this, the home page, - these may be simple pages such as a straight forward bibliography of books on military insignia to galleries of badges and observations on copies/restrikes. These links may look somewhat random at first but as time goes on the site will develop an organised structure.
